Cherry Cobbler Mini Pies

Cherry Cobbler Mini Pie

1. Set oven to 425°
2.Take out 1 stick of butter let soften in bowl off to the side.
3. Unroll two premade pie crusts at room temp, on to you counter with a few tablespoons of flour.
Take a 3 3/4 or 4 inch round cookie cutter and cut out 6 circles from each crust. Throw out unused bits.
4. Take crusts and place the in an 
un-greased muffin tin. Don't press into much.
5. Spoon in 2+ tablespoons of cherry pie filling. Not too high, need space for crumble topping.
6. Bake for 12 minutes.
While baking....
Take 1 stick of softened butter
3 tablespoons of flour
4 tablespoons of brown sugar and cut together in mixing bowl. Chunks should be pea sized.

Once 12 min passes
Take pie out
Sprinkle sugar/butter mixture over pies and return to oven for 4 more minutes.

Remover and let cool on cooling rack for 10+ minutes.
Rover from muffin tin and serve warm.
