Great Dessert - Simple Too!

Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie

1 c. sugar   
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
In a medium bowl mix flour, sugar, and salt.

 

 

Next Beat in softened butter, eggs, and vanilla.

with elecectric mixer

2 eggs, beaten     

1 stick softened butter        

1 tsp. vanilla extract

Mix in  1 cup semi-sweet choc. chips 

( I added 3/4 cups of chocolate chips and 1/4 cup of peatnut~butter chips)

     

1 unbaked 9 in. pie shell

pour mixture into shell

Preheat oven to 325.

 

Bake uncovered for 45-60 mins.  until light brown careful not to over bake!

Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
