Making Blueberry Muffins

Fresh pick from our yard

carefully washed

Mix flour, sugar, salt and baking powder

Mix in Egg, milk and oil

then mix in 3/4 cup of blueberries

spoon into 12 paper muffin tin inserts - Sprinkle with sugar (use larger grained sugar if you have it)

bake 15 min

DONE

I might have put to many blueberries for some but I love the mix of sweet and tart
