Yummy Hot Night dinner

Tonight we had sweet sausage cooked on stove top with peppers and onions.

I cooked the sausage for about 10 minutes med heat covered

Then I drained the fat

Added the one large yellow onion and two large green peppers (all to taste)

When the sausages are cooked completely slice down the middle of the sausage and lay flat on a hoggie roll, with mustard and ketsup.

Tonight because it was hot and sticky I served these with carrot sticks and celery with dip.
