Honey Chip Chicken
So the other night I had chicken breasts to make some sort of dinner creation
Named Honey Chip Chicken, by our seven year old son!
A total experiment in food - which does not always come out the best, but today was different - so different that there was a request for it again in the same week. WOW
1 tbls butter
4 1/2 boneless & skinless chicken breasts
3/4 cup Kens Honey Mustard dressing/dip
1.5 cups crushed Cape Cod Regular Potato Chips
PREHEAT Oven to 350
1. melt butter in cast iron or regular skillit on med heat
2. place chicken breast in hot pan and sear on both sides to hold moisture
3. Add 3/4 cup of honey mustard to pan reduce
heat to simmer and cover for 15 minutes
4. Cut the chicken into reasonable sized peices

7. Crush up potato chips and sprinkle over the chicken
